Position: Senior Marketing coordinator

• Coordinate with top-tier engineering firms to assemble and present winning teams for proposal contracts valued at over $5M

• Perform in-depth market analysis to identify novel opportunities to expand the company’s client base

• Manage and establish timelines on projects with cross functional teams to maintain timely milestone completion on client projects

• Plan, design, and develop a new brand strategy and programs focused on modernizing a 60 year old company by merging two ideas, technological advancement and old experience

The HOH Group, a full service architecture and engineering firm, has been operating for more than 60 years. The company decided to update its brand to reflect a more contemporary image. As a result, I was given the responsibility of executing a complete brand redesign for the company.

Having been in business for over 60 years, the company were afraid they were getting old and outdated. They still wanted to keep some elements of their old brand as that is what people have remembered for over 60 years. The goal was to merge two ideas:

the website design is meant to be modular and easily edited. in the engineering industry, it is important that projects and certifications are updated regularly. the focus was to simplify the design to focus on highlighting necessary information as well as shifting to a more modern look.

• Revamp and modernize the company’s website in alignment with the newly implemented brand strategy

• Create and standardize marketing materials specific to the new branding strategy to achieve organizational goals and objectives

• Represent the organization’s branding and advertising at networking events to cultivate new business relationships and opportunities in relation to the company’s mission

• Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities, including print, online, email marketing, and events
